Agents can only do the work if the infrastructure exists to support them. Check where you stand across all five layers.
For each infrastructure layer, select Yes, I have this or No, I don't.
CRM + Automation Backbone
A centralized system where your leads, clients, and contacts live — and where agents can read data, update records, and trigger actions. Without this, agents have nowhere to store or retrieve information about your business.
Structured Knowledge Base
Your SOPs, brand voice, FAQs, policies, and processes — written down and organized in a format that can be retrieved and used. If it only lives in your head or in scattered notes, agents can't access it to make decisions the way you would.
Clean Data Inputs
Consistent, standardized data coming into your business — intake forms with clear fields, lead sources tagged properly, naming conventions followed. Agents are only as reliable as the data they work with. Messy inputs produce messy outputs, every time.
Defined Workflows + Triggers
Mapped, documented processes that define what happens when — when a lead comes in, when a client books, when a payment fails. Agents execute workflows; they can't invent them. If your processes aren't defined, there's nothing for an agent to run.
Communication Infrastructure
Active email, SMS, and messaging channels that are set up, verified, and connected to your systems. Agents need delivery channels to reach your leads and clients. Without configured communication infrastructure, agents can think but they can't speak.
You have the infrastructure in place. Agents have something real to work inside of. The next step is scoping which functions to hand off first and building the system.
You're missing some of the infrastructure agents need to operate. The good news: we build all of it. Here's what we'd put in place for you:
What needs to be built
If you need all five pieces built from scratch, the full infrastructure build starts at $2,500. If you only need a few, we'll scope it accordingly on our call.
